What is an Acrojam??
Acrojams are an opportunity to meet, practice, and play with your fellow acroyogis in an unstructured unled open skillshare way. Meaning there is facilitation, no teacher, but lots of people to base and fly and spot so we can all grow the community and our own practice! No experience necessary!
When and Where
There are two main weekly Atlanta Acrojams. Intown Tumbling hosts one Wednesday evenings from 8-10pm or so. The cost is $5, all proceeds go to support the studio. Ember Yoga in Woodstock hosts one Sunday evenings from 8-10pm as well, this one is free. Jams such as these are a great opportunity to play with others, skill-share, cross-pollinate, and more!
Play in the Park
After the 2nd & 4th Sunday classes a group of us head just down the road over to Freedom Park (near Moreland Ave. and Druid Pl.). It’s an informal jam open to all, usually there’s slackliners and hoops and other things to play with too! We usually get there around 1:30 or so, hopefully winter will start late this year!
