Weekly Acro Class/Jam at Buck’s

Join Diane and Mike for a begin-termediate class covering the core skills of acro yoga.
Class is 1.25 hours, 7:00-8:15pm with jam following until 10pm.
$15 for class (includes jam)
$5 for just the jam.
Located at Buck’s Sports Barn at the bottom of a big hill behind the buildings on Peachtree. (Same plaza as Apt 4b)
Some acro experience is beneficial though beginners are welcome.
A few health and safety reminders:
– Please bring a yoga mat to protect the mats from sweat
– Please bring your own water.
– The front door will be open and two large air movers will be running during class. One connected directly to the outdoors.
– Please DO NOT attend if you haven’t been feeling well or knowingly have been exposed to someone not feeling well.
– Please greet participants discussion of COVID with respect and knowledge that not everyone has the same risk profile.
